I got laid off one month ago and want to go back to school changing my status to F-1. My question is if my status gets changed to F-1, can I still use H-1 protibility if I find a job later?
I\'m no expert in these issues but i believe once you have changed your status you previous status stands cancelled. ie your H1 will stand cancelled is you transfer to an F1 status
