H-1 / H-4 in New Delhi

Hi All,

I need info on H-1 and H-4 stamping in New Delhi- do they look for past immigration history ?

I had 12 days of out of status time while I was waiting for pending H1 application to be adjudicated. The INS told me I could wait in US while the H1 application was pending- but it was finally denied and I immediately left US. Now I need an H-4. Do I stand a chance?

Hi friends

Has any one recently got stamped for H1B in Canada. I recently converted my visa status J1 to H1Band my wife J2 to H1B.
I would like to visit India in late summer, Before that I wish get it stamped for multiple entry.

Any suggestions, Any preference for Montreal or Ottawa?
