My lawyer filed LC and 140 for me a year ago. After that I got promoted from Software Engineer to Sr. Software Engineer, the job duty is really the same, just a better title :) Now he is filing H-1 extension for me. He put Sr. SE on the H-1 extension with a much higher prevailing wage than LC and I-140. Do you guys see any problem with that as far as my GC application is concerned? Thanks!

No problem, GC application allows for progressive promotion.

GC is for Future job after I-485 is approved and that job need to be that was on LC. H1 has nothing to do with GC
