H-1 exp. letter(s) -Gurus Help!!!!!

Posting on behalf of someone who entered on H-4 visa and now holds a H-1 status. Going to india to get the H-1 stamping. Consulting company has portrayed prior experience while applying, however there is none in actuality. Will a experience letter from the existing, and currently employed co. suffice? What is to prevent the applicant from putting down just 1 company (current employer) on the H-1 form DS156(157)?
What is the right solution out of this?

no experience than that is that. No need to lie. But can you convince the consulate visa officer.

The letter accompanying I-129 petition (actually the i-129 H supplement) has described the applicant\'s "previous job experience" and has said that the job requires a bachelors degree with experience in s/w dev. No mention of the number of years. Does it mean it is incumbent on the applicant to provide the experience letter to substantiate what has been put down in the letter accompanying the I-129 petition?

H1-B Changing Jobs

I have a valid H1-B till Nov\'2003. I will be laid-off by end of this month (march\'02). Now, I have got a project to work as a consultant. I need a H1-B sponsor or an employer. The actual client wants me to start right away.

The question is: Is it possible to start working after applying for H1-B or I have to wait till I get the receipt or I have to wait till the approval?
