H-1 EB1 category denied

I am submitting my application but not very confident about it. I am a 3rd year PhD student. If my H-1 under EB1 category gets denied, is there any impact on future applications?

You are not qualified for EB1. What extra ability do you have? You are student of Phd. Google is your friend and you can search “Extraordinary ability for EB1 petitions”

H1 has no requirement like EB1 or EB2 or EB3 and H1 is not filed as EB1 or EB2 or EB3. When US employer file first step of your Green Card that is called LC and LC requirements filed by US employer decide if LC is in EB2 or EB3. If one is qualified for Extra Ordinary ability then one need to fulfill the requirement of EB1 to file I-140.

ginnu pls let someone else answer the actual question and let me worry about whether I am qualified or not since that is not my question.
 
Go read the USCIS website and post back when you can pose a reasonable question. Your comments reveal that you are clueless about the H1B and GC processes.

And ... don't insult Ginnu who is helpful. She is correct; as a PhD student, you are NOT qualified to apply for a GC via EB.

You are incorrect... EB1 is independent of whether you are phd student, masters student or a student.. it is dependent on scope of ur industry contributions

as a PhD student, you are NOT qualified to apply for a GC via EB.
