Dear all,
I worked in the US from May 2005 till May 2010 and returned to my home country and visited US again once on B-1. I have a MBA from a leading B-School in the US.
Given the previous stamping(s) and H-1 approvals (which have now expired) and with one more year available in the 6 year limit (assuming it's still valid), am I eligible to apply under the H-1 Cap exempt category or will my application come under the regular lottery scheme?
Also, if the H-1 is approved, can I drop box the application in the consulate in my home country given the previous H-1 approvals at the home country consulate?
Thanks for your help!
