Current status: H-1B, 485 ND Feb 2002, (have unused EAD)
Current location: SF Bay Area
New company location: NJ
My work location: 2 weeks in NJ, 2 weeks in Bay Area.
What of the below is preferable?
1. Start work using EAD and then get employer to apply for new H-1B (premium processing).
2. Get employer to apply for H-1 transfer(premium).
Will I need to file change of address (AR-11) if I divide my time between NJ and Bay Area?
