H-1 B Visa - Transfer (Pay Stubs)

Dear Sir,
I got my H-1B recently approved. Within few days of my approval, I got another offer which I found it to be a much better. I am contemplating of leaving the previous employer and joining with the company which gave me a better offer. Will I require pay stubs from the previous employer? I was to start there while I got this offer.

Please feel free to offer guidance on this matter.

If worked with employer on H1B then you need pay stubs for H1b transfer
If you have not worked with the employer who sponsored your H1B and not in US then your new employer can file for now H1B and use new employer H1B approval Notice for Visa stamp and join him
I don’t know if you are in US or on different status and then changed to H1B
