I have a question regarding H-1 B stamping in India.My fiancee has an appointment for Sep at Chennai with her current company.In all probability she will be changing employers before Sep.
Can she keep the current appointment setup for Sep with just changing the employer or would it be necessary to get another appointment?
Also given the residence in India Chennai is the authorized place to go to.Will she be able to go to Delhi and get this done.what are the restrictions to go to another consulate?
