Hi,

Just checking how many of us are still WAITING....

Pls reply.

I am getting paranoid. Tried to call an IIO multiple times, never succeeded. Their phone seems to be busy all of the time. My layer says, we can\'t send an inquiry request to CSC, until 3 months after my FP date.

Yeap,

Most of my colleagues with similar ND\'s and FP dates, were approved a month ago. Hopefully INS hasn\'t forgotten us.

Still waiting for 485 approval.

Get your lawyer to send a fax enquiry....

Explain to your lawyer that JIT mentions them as processing ND 1/01 cases,so they can send an enquiry.

I tried to call CSC many times yesterday and in the past. I have never been successful. This phone seems to be busy 100% of the time during business hours.

I am not sure if calling an IIO will move the case forward. At least you might acquire valuable information, such as that your FP are in the "right" system etc.
