2nd FP Notice
Looks like all the approved cases had a 2nd FP.
With an infopass appt I saw am immigration officer on 14 Jun & I was told I need another FP done since my 1st FP has expired.
The last update on my case was on 16 Jun, may be a new FP notice.

I got CRIS email today that I-485 is approved for me and my wife.
It appears that NSC is processing based on RD. This forum was very informative and helpful. Wish everybody to get approval soon. THANKS.
Questions:
1. Per email, I may have to do ADIT processing. What is that? Did anybody do that?
2. How long does it take to get approval notice by mail and how long to get actual plastic card.
Here are the case details:
PD : Dec 2002 - EB-3
I-140 AD: Dec 2003
I-485 RD: Aug-2003 (Semi-Concurrent filing)
EADs/APs: 5 times
RFEs : None
AC-21 : 3 times but never notified (see below)
NSC Call: Jun-4-2007 (All checks - NAME,FP,ABC,XYZ cleared & waiting for officer)
I-485 AD: Jun-18-2007 (No LUDs before approval)
Employer X filed for GC. Using AC21-employment-portability, changed job 3 times after I am eligible. Now, I am with employer "C" for over 2 years. Exact same job role. Per my high-profile lawyer advise, its law and notification is NOT required, even after repeated request.

From the Approved cases it is very clear, most of the cases (90%) are cases filed in TSC originally. That means VSC->TSC cases are screwed again!!!
What a cruel joke..!!! We might need to wait till the retro comes back, all of the fresh filed cases with TSC gets approved and by then it will be another round of transfers...From what I hear this is an issue with the computer.
Dont they have a centralized server?

In which location you people are taking infopass for? I live in LA and my case in pending in TSC. LA office says that they don't have any information. I tried to look for Dallas office and they are not giving appointments.
Please advice.

I read it earlier in the posts at NSC 485 forum that,
At NSC they have dragged about 20,000 application into POOL that are approve able. Adjudicators are randomly picking up application from the pool and approving it ..
So its quite to a lottery system ..
Question -- NSC had done lot of preApprovals ... is this the pool of 20K the preApproved guys ?
