Here is my message text!!I dont know why it dint get attached earlier!!!
I have a November 2000 ND. All these days i was happily waiting that my turn will be next. Now i see December approvals already.
Does it mean guys left out in Nov/Oct are going to get RFE or their cases are complicated.
I am happy for the december folks and at the same time i am scared as to why my case is left behind!!!
Anyone with similar feeling/opinions??
Have any observations been made that guys who usually don\'t get approved with others have received RFE?

My feeling is that may be your case needs a little more time to be resolved. may be its pending somekind of decision. While yours is pending they move on with the next cases.
But i suggest you to talk to the IIO so that whoever process your case gets reminded to come back to your case file.

Hi Fruit, I understand situation is not funny at all for you. It is really bad that INS is unpredicatable and they always leave some people behind. It is understanadable the frustations for somebody who is in this situation. I remeber VSC had a freeze on 140 cases and when they removed the freeze my case was approved really fast. In fact some of the people who filed as the same time are still waiting (without RFE). I don\'t have much experience with 485 though I would say call IIO and just ask them about the status. Then wait for two weeks and call them again. If they don\'t have definite answer, you can tell them it is not fair. Wait again for 2-4 weeks and then probably you can talk to senator office. I hope you will get it before that.
You can also ask your lawyer to call INS and ask them about your case and you can take help from Yr HR dept as somebody has posted that info. All these things vary on individual cases. Wish you and everybody else all the best.
