Guys really need help. Please advise.

Posted a few times asking for help. Basically F1 (Out of Status) married to USC. Filed in September of 2010. Interviewed middle of Dec 2010.

IO kept 1-94, wrote in passport. Asked for additional evidence(which we provided in person exactly a week after interview). Re: Arrest record/disposition.

Nothing heard since. Filed service request in May(5 months after interview), got back letter stating wait 30-60 days as file has been requested.

I did not make an InfoPass appointments earlier, made one for the upcoming week.

Do you recommend it is time for me to contact my local Senator?

Why not wait to see what comes out of the INFOPASS meeting? You can start bringing out the big guns depending on the feedback you get then.
 
Interview went along fine. Basically been 7 months since interview. Lucho, did you ever file a Service request or Infopass?

My office was NYC.
 
Did you attend the school for a while before dropping out? Or you never attended the school at all? Do you have any criminal history?
 
Attended and graduated(4 year undergrad, double major)

Yes to criminal history, once paid ticket by mistake with check with insufficient funds(was a student) but judge dismissed all charges. Did provide arrest record and disposition documents.
 
You should be fine then. Go for the INFOPASS and lets see what that brings. If there is no satisfactory result, you can call in the big guns!
