Denials are mostly for family based applications. Some applications were used to be denied in the past too. We are becoming aware of these denials now because of the online status check system.

140 was rejected

Labor conditions have changed so labor ins invalid

Out of status for sometime

The first two were very few the last one was more common but can be easily rectified by paying a $1000 fine. Money talks!

during rfe for emp. letter, then is this an automatic denial?

Regarding being out of status , the denial most probably take place only in those cases wherein you have been out of status for more than 180 days, and I believe lot of these denials could be for family based immigrations also.

is it common to have denial for employment

based AOS when the company goes bankrupt after 6 months of
application and employee doens't find another job?
