Guys,
i am 23 years old guy, from Jordan(Arabian Country), i will apply soon for a green-card!

Guys, its like i know nothing about the Whole process! even thu i've been reading ALOT, and i think that this is the probelm, that i read too MUCH! ... i really got Confused..

So, here i will state my condition, and i really Hope that someone will Help me .. Thanx!

Age: 23 years old
Gender: Male
Place of Birth: Saudi Arabia!
Nationality: Jordanian
Place of Residence: Jordan

I've been to the states 2 times, participated in Student Exchange Program, with a J-1 Visa
I am not Subject to (212e) 2 years restrection!

I am going to the States this summer on mid of Septemer on a J1-Visa, and i will marry a friend of mine whom i knew her for years ...

now, once i am there in the states, what should i do! ... would you please give me time frames too!

Like what forms to apply in order... Starting from 1-30 to the Green Card Plastic!

what should i expect! ... and when will be the first time that i will be allowed to go outside the United States and return to it without a Visa! ... could that be before or after the FBI name check!

P.S: every time i applyed to the embassy for a J-1 Visa, i face a big problem with my Name, as it is a common name here! which takes 3 months for a security clearance to be issued for me! ... is the "Adminstrative Processing Time for a non-immigrant visa " the same as "FBI Name check for an immigrant visa!"

I think you posted same question earlier.
If you marry within 60 days of your entry to US on a J1, it might raise suspicion to your intent. You might want to watch for that. Also, what you are intending to do can be classified as immigration fraud if you dont do it the correct way.

Once you get married, your USC wife files I-130 and I-864 for you
You file I-485 to adjust status from J1 to GC. You may also want to apply for I-765 and I-131 if you wish to work and travel freely while your GC is pending.

Everyone is subjected to name-check and since you are from the middle east, you can expect a long wait before your name check clears.
 
For the way you talk like "desperately" can raise whatever kind of suspiction in your case. Remember is not peaceful times...

What is the hurry? there is still a long period of time to come before you can even write something down in the forms...
