My Reciept date is Sep 24th from NSC and My Fingerprint is supposed to be taken before Aug 13th for I-485 not to get abandoned.My wife is still in India and will take another couple of months for her to join me.How much more time do u think before I get my approval if I give my FP even now ?Is there a risk that my I-485 gets approved before I appy for my wife ?.
Should I give my FP now or give just before Aug 13th ?.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

You could go for

another extension by calling the service center. However if there is no choice then do the FP around aug 13th. In the longer rub this will be more beneficial. And if the marriage ceremony has not been completed try to perform one ASAP and get it registered.

with NSC you are definitely running a risk of having your spouse stuck in home country for more than 3 years if the marriage does not take place before 485 approval.
