Guys, July Bulletin is out

I got to say you are an optimistic person and that is really good. Personally i don't think this is a good news. Ofcourse better than not moving at all.

I think it is the opposite;the fact that it advanced few days might be a signal that things are not looking good ahead. Take the case of the EB3 World; it remained inching for few days for a long time.
