Along with 485 we submit a lot of supporting docs. Are all the docs submitted by an applicant verified/checked by the same officer (must be an expert in all areas, medical, tax etc) or does it pass on to different experts?

I think it's one person only that does all the checking.

User VA_DUDE (mid Dec 2001 ND) got medical RFE about 2-3 weeks back. So I guess that at least the medical supportings for Dec'2001 filers must have been looked into. Maybe it is safe to say that no more dec 2001 filers will get medical RFE. I do not understand how INS issued RFE for Dec'2001 VA_DUDE, when OCT/NOV guys are still waiting. Maybe first they look at medical for all in a batch, then all other supporting docs during the final adjudication stage.

I am 23 days away from 1 year anniv.
 
Why question the actions of the unexplained. They work in the twilight zone where morning is night and vice versa. It could just be the case of mis-filing or an expedited case.

VA_Dude may be a special case. You know how there are always one or two approvals from a new month that are hard to believe for others and that which cause a few members to call out liars and all? Well, I think VA_Dude's is one such case. Too bad he didn't get approved but got an RFE instead. Had he been approved, we'd have a lot of people suspecting the authenticity of the post.
I don't think there is anything more to read from it. And to think that there may not be anymore Med RFEs for Dec is not judicious. Wait and you will see that Dec has its quota of RFEs when the time comes.
