Here is the situation:

- >180 days already
- Sponsored by co. A, but did not work for A until now (after >180 days)

- joined B for a similar job, and get paid thru A too.(the attorney said to use AC21, we must show the 'change' in employer - for which we need paystub from A. He says one can work for A and B as long as taxes are paid!)

- co. A may close the business in 3-4 months, and the approval may come in 4-5 months!


If A closes, and gives a letter that they can no longer employ, and B gives a letter for permanent position, is there anythign to worry about?

Thanks a lot. Just wondering, what if there is an RFE for paystub, should both co.s paystubs be presented or only from the sponsor or only from the new co.?
