a friend of mine with Jan RD?ND WAC 02-082 got approved. although i have not seen any Jan approvals here. Might be just his great luck.. So probabbly any time youcan see aprovals of DEC/JAN cases.

this Jan approval confused me a lot then. and now too. Do you have details of your friend? may be he is a special case. (we have an approval of an Oct case in Feb, but the guy was from Sweden)
