I noticed that most Vermont and Nebraska users are tracking approvals via Rupnet, while most Texas users use E-Nairobi. Sounds like E-Nairobi is now without an administrator. (Sg94ahpw has kindly been acting as one). It has not been functioning very well. Users who have not recently logged in found that their passwords are not working anymore. I wonder how many fail to update because of this problem. Sometimes it does not load too.
My question to gurus and all is should we start encouraging all to use rupnet instead? Your thoughts?
