I have valid H1 visa from company abc in my passport untill 08/07/06.But I'm no longer with this company.
I have my new H1 approval from my current company valid untill Jan '07.
I'm visiting India now and will return on 07/07/06.
Will I face any problems at the port of entry as because I have only one month before my visa that is on my passport
expires or should I go for stamping with the current H1 approval.
If I want to delay my return date later than 07/07.06 , for how long can I dealy without having any problem at the port of entry .
Pls not that my visa on passport expires on 08/07/06
