Guru's Pls Help - H1-B petition approval- how long to wait for stamping

After getting approval for H1B petition,
1) Can I get it stamped anytime before it petition expired or there is any other time frame for this .
2) After getting stamping can I travel to usa after 1 year

If you are out of US and If Petition is approved and you got the approval papers from US employer then why not to get H1 visa stamp??

-----------------------If US employer has job for you that time.

------ If you dont want to come to US and US employer does not have job then no need of H1 visa stamping.
