Pls. refer to sectio # 5 and the last sentence in the para that says
"Allows an individual who has an I-140 filed on his or her behalf and who would be subject to per-country limits to extend his or her nonimmigrant status until the adjustment of status application is decided."
Does this mean that since I am from India (an oversubscribed nation subject to per/country limit) then if I switch a job now and just manage to file I140 after labor cert. then I can go on renewing H1 till decision is made?
Pls. help. I have about 10-11 months left on H1 and am desperate to change jobs
