I had completed my medical in the month of March 2001 and my notice date is Sep 10 2001. I have been seeing some cases in this forum with RFE's for Medical.

Is there any expiry period for medical ?
or
Is there a rule that medical will be valid only for a period of 1 year or some specific time?

Medical :

As far as I know, Medical Examination records are valid for one year and it counts only when they are submitted to INS.
So it should not matter if it expires after INS receives them.

Thanks Jericho..that made me relax..i got the doubt seeing lot of the RFE's here in this forum referring to Medical as one the reasons.
