Hi ,

I am new bee . I filed my I-140 & I -485 concurently . I get my
finger printing done on July 1st . I have following questions

1. My Labour is approved through perm , form now on How much time
(apprx.) time GC will take , i am from pakistan , EB3, TSC . I need this
information as my parents old & i dont have stamping for H1 (transfer from F1)

2. My fingerprinting happen , with in 15 days , is that happen to anybody.
but i have not recieve. any information about I-140 from INS , do i
have to ask my company\lawyer about I-140

Please advice what i can do ... please reply as soon as possible
 
Now days FPs are takes fast, it is common, but still it may take at least nine months from now, but once u have AP and EAD (in three months or so) , u can go home and get your PP stamped, cheer.
