I went to Bombay for CP interview.
Entered US through JFK airport in New York
I live and work in NJ.
Which service center will send me my plastic card?
Is it Texas or Vermont?
What determines the Service center - POE or place of residence? Does NJ/NY fall under VSC?
How do I contact TSC or VSC - whoever handles my case?

There is no service center there.
