I am new to this forum.. My case was transferred to local office and now I have changed job. My lawyer is saying we will have to send AC21 and for that he is asking additional fee. Do I have to pay additional fee to him ? If I have to pay then what would be the fair amount. Please answer. Thanks for your help in advance...

Yes. Additional fee is common. It's shoule be anywhere between 500 to 900$

Just make sure you pay by check and get a recipt from him as I hear attorney fees are tax deductible.
