Gurus please help

I came to this country on H1B and my company applied for L1. Before approval, I had to go to India and when I came back I got a new I94. After comming here, I got the appoval but the approval notice has old I94.

Is this a problem? I am planning an India trip? Which I94 should I submit at the airport? Will I have any problem in returning to USA. At present MY 485 is pending and I am planning to come back on Advanced Parole.

Hand over both I-94's while leaving the US. On entry you'll get a new one. In my opinion you should not have any problems entering as long as you have a valid visa or an Advance Parole.

You should not worry about I94 when you are using AP (while I-485 is pending) whether expired or expiring... or anything !!!

Give your latest I-94 in the airport !!
