Gurus.. please help. Question about filing I140 and I485 with preapproved labor.

Hi All,

I got an offer from a company to use their preapproved labor which has almost same work details.. (I have much more experience than the other guy for whom the labor was approved). The skillsets pretty much match to 80%. What are other factors I need to consider before filing I 140 as well as I 485?

I am completely unaware of the facts of what INS may consider to see the match with the preapproved labor. Anyone done so far? What is the usual sequence of events?

Please help.. any help is highly appreciated.

HI guys

We have done similar application for our freind. But I'm not sure whether you are in the same boat. We are waiting for the approval(california). It normally takes few more weeks than the regular Case. You can send a Private Message.
