Mine is a Substitution labor case.. RD is 28-October-2003.

While filling my papers, my lawyer sent only half of my eta 750 form to BCIS. ( I mean he sent companies 15 a,b,c. But he missed the third page which contains 15 d,e,f and 15 h). This is the part I worried too much :-(.

2. I finished my master degree on 1998 but on covering letter he mentioned that I finished the master degree on 1999.

3. On the same covering letter the job title of mine is also wrong (Note :- Systems Administrator).

What will happen? Is there anyway i can re-send the paper?

Or better wait for RFE?

Or is BCIS will reject the paper

NOTE: Lawyer sent the original approved lawyer in-complete.


Friends .. please guide.
 
You might get a RFE for missing LC papers. One of my friend had the same problem with I-140 petition and his case is still pending.
 
Yes.

They resubmitted LC copy again to USCIS saying that original was included with I-140 petition. Online case status was updated by USCIS accordingly on Dec 05, 2003.
