Guys,
I am planning to file I-765 Extension my self and i have a question regarding filling the application...
There is a column "Current Status" in I-765.
Rightnow, i am using my EAD and can someone tell me what should i fill in that now.

What is ur H-1 status? Your status is H-1 till you become a permanent resident. EAD is only a right to work here but not a legal staut. Your legal status is that of H-1. Now, this is my opinion; u might want a second opinion on this! good luck

sction you mentioned.

If you are using EAD then your status is "AOS Pending" (as NV2001 wrote)...
