I have applied for 485 in July and waiting for approval. Meanwhile, Labor department has sent \'Intent of denial\' to many
of collegues who are in the labor process. My company laid off many people recently.

Will these conditions have any effect on my 485 approval?

I am from MA

All those people who got \'Intent of Denial\' are also from MA.
I don\'t know if all of them filed for RIR.
But most of them did Master degree here in US.

My question is "Will this have any effect on my 485 approval process?"

How did INS find out that your company has been laying off workers?

My company had two major laid off last year.

Try to get a new job

You are past the 180 days after filing your 485. Find a new job and you become free of all your previous company\'s history, liabilities, financial conditions, etc.
