Gurus please help! Emergency advance parole

I need to travel to Europe next week for business purpose so I went to Newark local office to get emergency advance parole this morning. I took all necessary papers with me along with a letter from my manager. After looking at my docs they said I have to mail it in to them to get the emergency advance parole. If I mail it then it will take more than a week to get the parole. I call at VSC 800 number and they said I could fax my docs then they will get back in 3 days. My 2nd AP is pending since Nov 19, 2004. Last month I open an inquery. No response from VSC since then.

Could any of you please advise what should I do?

Can you give me the details/procedure how to get advance parole in an emergency.
i.e., where to send , what documents to send, Is there any fees etc.,

If it is an emergency then you have to take evidence doc, I-131 form, filed I-131 receipt, I-485 receipt, I-140 approved notice / receipt, 2 copies of pictures, copy of all H1B1 doc etc. The fee is $165 and they take cash. You should go to local office by early morning. Go to their website for more info.
