Gurus..please Help..changed job now RFE on 1485

Gurus,

Please help I have received a RFE message ..I changed jobs two months back. Not a quiet exit from the previous jobs. I think RFE will be received by the previous lawyer.What options I have if I dont get the detail on the RFE as not good relations with my previous employer.

What is the best I can do now...as I am working on EAD no backups

You need to talk to your old employer/lawyer on how to handle this situation. You shouldnt have had bad relations with your previous employer until or atleast till 485 gets approved. You have no choice other than to talk to them or give them what they need($$$$$) to get moving forward.

If your 140 is approved and 485 pending for more than 6 months, invoke AC21 immediately, maybe that might help you. We never know!

Thanks for the reply..AC21 was used according to my current employer attorney..but I dont think G28 was filed for change of attorney. So a big possibility of the old attoney receving the querry.

Now if I dont get the information on querry than what are my options..
