My questions:
1) How long can I work on H1B if I do not hear about a decision on my H1B extension and I do not hear about my Labor approval from DOL for my GC?
2) If my H1B extension is denied and I do not hear from DOL regarding my labor approval for GC, how long do I have to leave the country? Can I file for an extension to wind up and leave if the amount of time I have to leave after my H1B extension is not enough?
3) If my Labor is approved by DOL for my GC before my H1B extension period expiry, I apply for 1 yr extension under the new law? given my PD is current and I have been waiting for more than 365 since my Labor certification was filed.
4) If I wanted to change to Visitors visa category before my H1B expiry, can I apply for visitors visa to US while I am still in United States? If yes, What is the procedure for doing so ie., what forms do I file? Where do I send in the application to etc.,?
5) If I leave the U.S and am working for the same employer, While I am outside the U.S if I get my I140 approved after my H1B expires, can I file for 1yr extension of my H1B and come back to work here in the U.S?
