Gurus please answer if I should worry....

Maybe I am too hypersensitive...I do not want to end up in any detention centers like it says in nytimes article today.

Basically I had a reckless driving ticket once, it was dropped to normal speeding ticket as I took extra steps at that time to defend myself with a lawyer. Reckless driving is misdemanor, now I have infrantion speeding on my background check....so it was ammended and dropped to speeding violation.

Should I worry or pack my bags and get the hell out of here? I am pd 2001 and pending 485.

Is anyone like me out here who has green card and went through successfully in 485?

I also was reading 485 app...it says the following...looks like traffic violations are of not serious offense atleast wrt GC.

ANY OTHER COMMENTS ?

b. been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, fined or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance, excluding traffic violations?
