Today My application and spouse application transfered to Baltimore office.

I wanted to know whether it is a good sign or not?

can you anybody predict the reasons behind the transfer?

I am totally frustrated that after a long time of wait, again i have to wait for interview letter from baltimore, MD

Brief History:

-- I filed for for 485 in the month of march 2002.(ND, RD - April 2002)

---Got an RFE from INS on Dec 2003. Previous company didnt provide the EVL.

---So I change to another company and replied to INS with AC21 and EVL with the help of new attorney.

---On December 2003, finished 2nd FP and INS didnt update the status of receiving the FP information.

---On Aug 31 2004, INS issued a NOID stating that my previous employer withdrawn my I-140(But still my I-140 stays approved through ONLINE). So I had to submit 3 months of payroll and EVL from current employer and a letter requesting to Invoke AC21.

---Also INS told that they didnt had the G28 from my lawyer, I also send another G28 from our lawyer.

--- I submitted the information within Sept 7 2004 with all the information.

Thanks

Since yours is AC21 case and since INS didn't had EVL from the first employer and also probably your first employer might have withdrawn I140, just to be sure before approving your case, they might have transfered your case to Local INS office.

All you have to do now is :
1. First make sure you take your Immigration Lawyer with you without fail as it will give you lots of lots of confidence.
2. Take all the proper paper work like EVL, Pay Stubs, A copy of I140( if you have ) and also take a copy of AC21 law just incase if they ask you can show them.

Cannot be a bad sign. Think it in this way...your case is being adjudicated and there will be a result soon.

USCIS does random case transfers which is not unusual. For an adjudicating officer your case might seem "transferrable" as it has AC21, NOID, G28 etc etc...
But, there is nothing to be worried about. Start collecting all relevant documents.

Is this a good sign or a nuetral for a case to be transfered. As we had sent all the documents they had asked for.

Thanks
