Hello Friends and gurus,

gurus need ur help, I tried to contact TSC using POJ method but no luck becuase phone system was modified. Question is:when I am trying to check my I485 online case status check its giving like a strange error message since last saterday, on Friday it worked fine. the error message was :

"Status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the service center where you submitted your application. "

I tryed to contact the TSC using POJ method but I couldnt get, please some one can help how to contact using 800#.

Second thing, I registerred online case status, from that list my I485 # also missing, I am not sure what was reason... When I tryed to add the number , again strange message :

"Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number"

so Gurus I need your help.

My wife's Case status number is also missing from the list and also i cannot add too. It gives invalid reciept number message. Not sure if the new system they upgraded screwed up reciept numbers.

Is anybody in similar situation?

What is the status on your reciept? Are you still having problems in adding reciept numbers? My wife's reciept is still missing and cannot add.

What are our options? Let me know
 
Still I have same problem

Friend still I have the same issue. Pleanning to take an infopass appointment, this is the only one way to get whats happening.

My wife today called Customer Service using POJ Trick and they said they were able to see the case in the system and its showing pending.
Customer rep said they have some system issue going on from last 2 weeks and once they correct it then will show in the online system again.

No need to take infopass appointment,if you want you can call and find out.

I am sure its a system issue.
 
I just discovered that I too have a similar issue. Suddenly I am not able to find status of my case. I am continously getting the message that case number is invalid. I was able to see the status for past last 2 years.

Did you guys have your problem fixed or is it still showing invalid case ?

Please suggest, what should I do to fix it ?
