Gurus need Advice: AC21 and New job with higher Salary...

I am going to change employer using AC21 act after 10 months I-485 filing ( non-concurrent). My job profile is same. But my salary mensioned on LC was too low and I am going to get atleast 20 to 30K heigher than that. Is it going to be problem for I-485 approvals? Thank you very much for ur inputs.

Same boat - lawyer concerned about higher salary but indicates lower salary is more of a problem. I checked on the internet and other lawyers seem to be of the opinion as long as new salary pays "prevailing wages" it would be okay. Prevailing wages in these conditions is just the poverty guidelines (I don't understand that though). Other folks seems to be of the opinion that new salary >= LC salary should be okay.
