Wierd situation. I have applied for 485 5 months back. My finger printing is not over. I have commited a petty offence in a month back "URINATING IN PUBLIC". I was charged with a fine. Thats all for then. But now I m worried about the 485. What is going to happen. Will that affect my green card. Please help. Thanks
 
Another Quick Q?

If I apply for anything else with INS in future and they ask those questions if you have been charged or cited with any violation, should this be mentioned. Infact this is the only thing I did in US that was wrong and probably my only offence in my whole life.
 
Yep, you should talk to you attorney about this. Everyone here is not professional
