I am one of the unlucky 2002 filers still out there. My RD is Aug. 2002. My wife who is my dependent did her FP in Oct. 2004 while I did mine in Feb. 2005.
For the past 5 months, when I check my status by calling the 1-800-375-5283 number, I get this message: "due to some temporary problem with our system, we cannot access your information". This has been continous now for almost 5 months. When I check using my wife's, there is an update - at least it reads out what we see online. When I check mine online, I get the update that has been there since January.
Has anybody in this forum seen or heard of these problem? I need help. My lawyers have sent enquiries but no answer.
