Here\'s my details
RD:09/07/01,ND:11/09/2001,EAD/Parole sometime in Nov.01, FP done on 02/09/02
as per voice mail message..My FP recieved on 02/13/02 and processing resumed.....

Here\'s the problem- i called two different IIO on different days(this week) to check status of my case.
Both officers told me my FP they recieved on 05/02/02 as per system, however voice mail is 02/13/02.
Inspite of my repeated request to these officers for explaining this discrepency, both of them
told me it happens sometime. Voice mail message still same for 02/13/02.

Do you see any problem here or it\'s ok.

Did u ask the IIO whether ur case has been assigned to any officer yet?

The reason is (I think) that even though ur FP was done on Feb 13, ur case must be assigned to some officer recently who must have reviewe ur FP results and may be 5/2 is the date the officer must have reviewed ur FP results and not the actual date ur FP was received.

Please write the details of ur conversation with both the IIOs so that we can try to figure out whats happening with ur case.
 
Same thing happened to my Wifes case BABA

Just like you the same ting happened to my wifes case too but in here case the AVM message also got updated but it didnt get updated on my case we both of us have subbmitted the FP on the 15th of Jan but the AVM says that the FP were received on the 6th of May. thing what might have happened is that the A# of yours might have got assigned to some one else. When I called the FBI for the A# of my wife there were not able to trace is with her name its on some one else name its the mistake done by the INS, I tried callinf the IIO but there is no use I dont know how there are going to resolve this problem. If you want further details on this you can send me your no so that I can talk to you in detail. The IIO says that they received the FP for my case also on the 6th of MAy but they were not yet updated with the AVM.

The conversation was not too long but just specific to if everything looks fine for my file and also how long it may take to get approved. And they answered as usual wait for next 60-days and both confirmed they are processing Aug 1st as of now. I did\'nt ask, if my case is assigned as it\'s too early for me nor did they say anything.
