First Advance Parole expiring while in India, can we apply for another AP while in India ? How long does it take ?

Do you mean, you are already in india and AP has expired or AP will expire during the planned travel to India?
In the second case, better apply now and take the AP before leaving US. In the former situation consult a lawyer and do not waste your time.
