I think it is okay. If you forget to include some documents like birth certificates etc , they\'ll send you a RFE at the final stage. By the way an RFE is not a bad thing , instead it is a signal that your case will be approved soon once you send all documents they ask.

Thanks for the reply. I have included all other doc\'s such as I-20, Birth Certificate, Copies of Passport,Copy of Current H-1(Sponsoring Co\') Marriage Certificate, W2 and Copy of Tax returns for current year. Do you think I still should have included my previous employer\'s H-1 .. Pls Advice
