My ND is March\'2000..fp-22 nd march scheduled..My H-1 and wife\'s H-4
expiring on 14th April.I have re applied my H-1..My wife shifted to H-1
Please advice what I need to do since she has visa of H-4 valid up till 14
April\'2001

For your wife: You can have the new H-1 stamped through State Dept. or have done on Port of Entry the next time you fly out of US.

For both of you, apply for EAD and switch over to that as primary employment document.

You can apply for H4 Extension with you H1B extension, Idid the same way and I just got the H1 and H4 extensions.
are you do not need to worry as you already filed 485.You can apply for EAD for her so that she can work if she want to.
