Can anyone suggest, how do I fill 485 form with work experience for spouse who is on H1 B from last 1 yr. but did not work. she is 7 month pregnant now. she has taken long leave.work experience column asks for following :
Company, city, state, duration (from/to). she still plans to work for same company after baby is born, only problem is she do not have pay stubs. will that be a problem ?, should I submit absence from work letter or I can just fill the info. they are asking for and wait until they query.
