Guru\'s..advice needed for CP

I was hired by company as Position X with a certain salary. During employment, salary was increased but no H-1 amendment was filed. Now I am opting for CP. Is this going to be problematic issue during CP.

My case was same. The same position but the salary was much higher when going for CP. Did not have any problems at all. Good luck!

I read at some place that it is essential to file for H-1 amendment if salary increases for the same position.
In my case when I was hired on H-1, my salary was X. It was increased to Y and no H-1 amendment was filed. Also,it is still few hundred dollars less than that mentioned on Green Card LC application. I will get letter mentioning required salary for CP. Is this OK.

If GC LC salary is same as figure mentioned in employment letter, this is what you need.
Don\'t worry about H1\'s LC nobody checks that.
