Changed job after 180 days of RD. Did not notify the USCIS.
NO RFE.

PD to AoS AD: 2410 days
RD to Aos AD: 959 days

Met/communicated with Georgia congressman from 5th and 6th district , but did not give my case details to initiate any inquiry. Submitted a petition regarding USCIS service center inefficiency. (Some content was based on the draft copy Ayansgp mailed me).

Message used to be “Results of FP are received, processing has resumed…, changed to “This case has been approved. On February 12, 2004…”

I thank all active members of the forum for sharing information and wish good luck who are waiting.
I am still going to pursue with the local congressman’s office regarding improving the service center efficiency and amending Immigration & Nationality Act the five year lawful residency requirement starts from the RD of 485 .

The only hitch in my case was the current status still shows "The
document based on the approval or registration of the case was sent ..."

What was the status prior to the current message? I have never read anyone reporting the status message like yours.. (except in the cases of fingerprint notice address problems)
