I send all my AOS materials to the Chicago address, but the Notice of Action was send back from Lee's Summit, MO. Does anyone know if that is normal? I just wonder should the NOA be send from Chicago also?

Yes it is normal! The Chicago Lockbox is just a mail room. After they cash your checks and sort your forms, they get sent to the National Benefits Center in Lee's Summit, MO.
